We’re Dan and Melissa Diaz. We met in Detroit, Michigan where we both obtained our Engineering Degrees. Our love story includes marriage and four children who keep us on our toes. Dan’s job brought us to Wisconsin where we have enjoyed exploring different places and setting up a home base in Stevens Point.

With Dan’s business travel, he understands that certain little things can make staying somewhere unfamiliar feel more like home.

Melissa’s eye for decorating and beautifying spaces, along with her full time passion for motherhood ensures that our properties are kept clean, well-stocked, and comfortable.

We both have family out of state which makes travel for us unavoidable.

We’ve learned a thing or two over the years and are happy to be able to share our love of family, entertaining, and making memories with YOU.

Just blocks away from Lawrence University, we are within walking distance to some of the best food and entertainment in the city. If you need a place to chill after a day at Lambeau Field, or want to spend quality time with while your favorite LU student, this location is for you.

Guests often comment on the coziness of both the indoor and outdoor spaces, and enjoy the view of the Fox River & College Avenue Bridge. It’s a bonus if you happen to book during Farmer’s Market season. There is literally something for everyone here!

Enjoy the spacious accommodations with the luxury of 5 full bathrooms! Whether it’s a couples’ get-away or a family affair, sleeping arrangements are not an issue. Wake up under one roof and share a cup of coffee, conversation and laughter. The porch is a glorious gathering spot, and cooking in this kitchen will NOT feel like a chore.

The large game room and outdoor space is a hit with all age groups. There are plenty of amenities, but the best part of any get-away is enjoying the company you’re with.

We really enjoyed our time at this Airbnb. The house was spacious, clean, nicely decorated, and had everything we needed on vacation. We were able to quickly and easily walk downtown. We went to GB for a football game as well and it was an easy drive there!

Daniel’s spot was perfect for our big group! In walking distance to everything we needed, very comfortable and fun to hang out at. Plenty of parking and nice amenities like the coffee bar, game room & big kitchen/dining for family dinner nights. Couldn’t have asked for more.

We had such a great stay at the Big Blue House! The house is huge, clean, comfortable, very cute decorated and has all the amenities you will need. Fully equipped kitchen, cleaning supplies, games, TVs, grill, etc.. The very central location close to restaurants, the harbor, grocery stores and more is super convenient too. The basement game room/entertainment area was super fun!

Perfect for a family vacation or big group.

Highly recommend and hope to come back!
